Shipping:
We provide door-to-door delivery via USPS.
We do not ship outside the USA.
We ship to Credit Card Billing Address Only....NO PO BOX
We are Not Responsible for reshipment if your package is lost during transit if you provided us with an incorrect adddress.
We are not Responsible if you fail to retrieve your package after a notice is left by the postal service. They usually attempt delivery 3 times and will be sent return to sender if not picked up. A reshipment charge will apply. We are NOT responsible for reshipment if your packages are lost during transit on returns.
Lost packages require a mandatory 30-day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Packages that are shipped require a signature upon delivery, we are not responsible if package shows delivered and you email us that you did not receive the package.
We are not responsible if your postman leaves the package (signs for you) and it is taken/stolen from your doorstep.
We will not resend another item in this case.

Most items take 7-14 BUSINESS days after you place your order to be shipped out .
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery (this applies after the 2-3 Business days to process order)
Please Note that during any holiday period it will take longer due to the heavy volume during that time

Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority. We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet every Customers particular needs.

Our Products Come with a 2 Day return Policy from the Date of Delivery.

Return Authorization is required for any return : Any return without an authorization number will be refused.
Shipping Charge will not be credited.
3. A full credit minus shipping charge will be given for defective item(s) only.
4. Items returned for other reasons will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.
5. A credit or an exchange is conditional upon free of stain, odor, and excess wrinkles. Also, the item(s) should be
in its original individual package and its label intact.
